How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

1. Send an email to: privacy@adflowly.com
2. Subject line: "Facebook Data Deletion Request"
3. Include in your email:
   • Your Facebook User ID (if known)
   • Email address associated with your Adflowly account
   • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

Method 2: Revoke Authorization

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "Adflowly" in the list
4. Click "Remove" to revoke access
5. Email us at privacy@adflowly.com to confirm deletion

Method 3: In-Platform Request

1. Log in to your Adflowly account
2. Go to Settings → Privacy
3. Click "Delete My Data"
4. Confirm your request

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information (name, email, profile)
• All Facebook ad data we collected from your accounts
• Campaign performance history and analytics
• Creative analysis and recommendations
• Usage logs and activity data

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data only if:

• Required by law (e.g., tax records, legal disputes)
• Necessary for security and fraud prevention (anonymized)
• Already anonymized and used in aggregate analytics

Processing Timeline

• Verification: 1-3 business days
• Deletion: 7-30 business days
• Confirmation: Email sent upon completion

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• You will no longer be able to access your Adflowly account
• All recommendations and insights will be permanently removed
• You can create a new account in the future if desired
