7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will delete your data according to our retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
